Chapter 10.1 - Interfacing 7 Segment(Common Anode) LED Display with 8051 Microcontroller on Breadboard - Description

If you have properly followed the theorotical section of this chapter, then you must be clear about the types of 7 segment displays. In this practical tutorial we are going to use common anode. The common anode display has a common which is always connected to +Vcc and it can be operated by sending logic 0. i.e when you will give logic 0 to a particular terminal of 7 Segment Led display, it will glow. It is nothing but led connected in a particular pattern. The programming is as simple as you did in chapter 3 where you blinked multiple LED at a time using Hexadecimal code of pattern.
